University college of Engineering Tindivanam(UCET) was started in 2008 at Melpakkam village in Tindivanam. This college is a constituent college of Anna University of Technology, Chennai.

UCET has four UG courses namely Computer science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering.
